Child Safety Standards

PetApp prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation throughout the service, including private messages and external links.
Our standards
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking and any content or conduct facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation are prohibited. Accounts must not use pet-related content or Activities as a pretext for exploitation.
Report a concern
Use Report in the relevant content, account or message menu. Select Sexual content or another suitable reason and explain the concern. For child-safety follow-up, contact support@petapp.ca with the relevant account, content link or report reference.
Do not download, forward or email copies of suspected CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Response and contact
PetApp reviews concerns, removes confirmed CSAM, takes appropriate action against the responsible accounts, and handles preservation and reporting to relevant regional authorities as required by applicable law.
The child-safety contact is support@petapp.ca. Reports and related evidence are restricted to authorized personnel. An appeal or follow-up must not include copies of illegal content.
