Safety concerns
Report an account or specific content using its Report action in PetApp. You can report posts, comments, Marketplace listings, Activities and messages. Message options are available from the three-dot button. Account blocking is available through the existing account safety controls.
For child-safety concerns, see Child Safety Standards. Do not email passwords, authentication codes or copies of illegal content.
Privacy and account deletion
Open Account > Delete account to request deletion in PetApp or its web app. For access, correction, or help recovering an account, email support@petapp.ca. We may verify that you control the account before acting on a support request.
